Best Chocolate Cupcakes

I love this recipe for the most moist chocolate cupcakes Makes 24 standard sized cupcakes or 12 large cupcakes

Recipe Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
1 Cup / 200g Sugar
3 room temperature farm fresh eggs
1/2 Cup/ 125 ml Vegetable Oil
11/2 Cups/ 190g Flour
1/2 Cup / 65g Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup/ 65g Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Pudding Mix
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Cup/ 250ml Room temperature Buttermilk
1/2 Cup of Hot Brewed Coffee
1 tsp Vanilla
