Vanilla & Coffee Cupcakes:

Ingredients:
Sugar 320 gm (1 ½ cup)
Flour 150 gm (1 cup)
Rice flour 150 gm (1 cup)
Oil 160 ml (1 cup)
Milk 180 ml (1 cup)
Eggs 2
Baking powder 11 gm (1 tbsp)
Baking soda 11 gm (1 tbps)
Vanilla powder 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Warm water 100 ml
Liquid coffee 1 tbsp

Method:
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Then add in eggs and oil, beat well. Then add warm water and separate the batter into two parts. With one batter make vanilla and with another, add coffee liquid and make coffee. Add in the cup liner and bake on 160 c for about 25 minutes.

Red Velvet Cupcakes:

Ingredients:
Eggs 3
Flour 315 gm
Oil 155 gm
Milk 200 ml
Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
Baking soda 1 ½ tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Warm water 100 ml
Coco powder 5 gm
Red color 2 tbsp

For Frosting:
White chocolate 300 gm
Whip cream 300 gm

Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add milk, eggs, red color and warm water. Beat well. Place it in a cup liner and bake on 160 c.
For Frosting, melt chocolate and cream together. Allow it to cool down. Now prepare separate filling and frost the cupcakes.
